Results- results - results!!! I cannot express how amazing Coach Tommy at Slim Body Fitness has been in training my teenage son as he prepares physically and mentally for high school football! My son has gained almost 8 pounds of muscle mass, incredible football confidence, and social media smarts working with Coach. Coach Tommy is more than a trainer to his clients - he is a mentor, coach, and motivator! Every parent that wants their kid to excel should take them to Coach Tommy and Slim Body Fitness!

Slim Body Fitness is the place to accomplish your fitness goals. If youre thinking about getting on the healthy, feeling awesome wagon then come in and meet trainer Tommie Sykes! For many years I trained in the gym with many different trainers (basic push and pull method on machines) and was never happy with the results. I jumped ship and decided to think outside of the box and try a new workout regimen. SBF offers many different techniques. After months and months of training Im feeling absolutely fabulous and seeing results. I look forward to my morning workouts and truly appreciate the energy, motivation, support and push Tommie gives me. Dont think twice about it and make the move, you wont regret it!! I first found out about Slim Body from a friend who asked me to a challenge with her. It was a 2 month challenge. I never have been in one before so I said why not!! Im really happy that I did! Coach Tommie is a great coach! He mixes up the workouts all the time so you dont get bored! Hes encourages you to push yourself to get the results that you want. The people that are there are like a big family! Everyone is there to push each other and boost confidence! Bottom line everyone is there to get in the best shape that they can. Health is important to me and this is a place I would recommend for anyone who wants to workout in a great environment! Thanks Tommie for pushing me!!
